Architecture & Design-Build

A design-build studio working in stone, glass and light. We draw it, then we build it — one team, one contract, no gap in between.

02 · Approach

One team, drawing to handover.

Design and construction under a single contract. No gap between the drawing and the crew, and no one to blame when the two disagree.

01

Site and brief

We walk the site before we draw anything. Orientation, grade, light, and what the local authority will actually approve — the constraints are the brief.

02

Design

Plans, sections and a physical model. You see the building in three dimensions before a single permit is filed, and changes here cost nothing but time.

03

Documentation

Drawings detailed enough to build from without guessing. Every junction resolved on paper, because resolving it on site costs ten times more.

04

Build

Our own crews and a fixed schedule. The people who drew it are on site while it goes up, which is the entire point of doing both.

03 · Capabilities

What we take on.

Ground-up residential, adaptive reuse, and interiors where the detailing carries the work. We keep the studio small on purpose.

Tell us about the site.

We take on a handful of projects a year. Send the address, the constraints, and roughly what you have in mind — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
